Ensuring the documentation of legal regulations of the fleet Processing and documentation of invoice releases and more complex complaints Creation of reports for internal and external parties Individual support for small projects, such as the introduction of a new telematics software Administrative support of ''Fleet Operations' Instruction and support of students or trainees

Complete commercial vocational training with technical reference, certified fleet manager, service consultant or comparable Multiannual professional experience in administration and commercial vehicles A truck driver license is an additional plus Very good communication skills in German and English Secure MS Office Knowledge Structured and reliable operation
