Agile's project management across all phases of performance – from concept development to successful acceptance and commissioning Personal customer support as a central contact for clients and partners – including stakeholder management and sustainable relationship building Strategic advice from customers – development of tailor-made solutions from initial analysis to successful implementation Acquise and Contract Management – Identification of New Customers, Creation and Negotiation of Offerings and Processing of Subsidies Professional leadership and development of project participants, including coaching and training as part of the project

Complete studies in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable discipline, as well as sound knowledge in HOAI, VOB and relevant building regulations At least 5 years of experience in project management, ideally in the automotive, industry or life science sectors Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing for cooperation with international partners and customers Impressed leadership and communication strength for controlling interdisciplinary teams as well as analytical thinking and a solution-oriented operation Skill and persuasiveness in cooperation with various project participants and continuous development of the professional network
