Your tasks

• Support in the development and implementation of a sustainable strategy for the management of the works council bodies
• Ensuring compliance with statutory and internal requirements in cooperation with works councils
• Development of target group-specific training concepts in the field of BetrVG/ Arbeitsrecht
• Heading and/or participation in projects with collective legal reference
• Support for budget planning for operational constitutional measures and negotiations
• Identification of cost reduction potentials through efficient processes and preventive conflict resolution
• Support in the negotiation of business agreements with a view to economic impact
• Advising and supporting executives in dealing with works councils, especially in negotiations, agreements and disputes
• Interface management between management, HR and works councils to ensure constructive cooperation
• Training and awareness of internal stakeholders on business constitutional issues and best practices
• Development and implementation of standardized processes for efficient management of cooperation with works councils.
• Support for the creation, testing and management of business agreements and other business constitutional documents
• Ensuring smooth and legally secure communication between the relevant internal and external stakeholders
• Advising and supporting executives in dealing with works councils, especially in negotiations, agreements and disputes
• Interface management between management, HR and works councils to ensure constructive cooperation
• Training and awareness of internal stakeholders on business constitutional issues and best practices
• Development and implementation of standardized processes for efficient management of cooperation with works councils.
• Support for the creation, testing and management of business agreements and other business constitutional documents
• Ensuring smooth and legally secure communication between the relevant internal and external stakeholders
• Support and support of legally prescribed interactions between employers and stakeholders such as. e.g. monthly meetings, committee meetings,
• Ensure high quality of all HR projects and HR services

That's what you bring

• Complete studies in the field of economic law, labour law, law or comparable qualifications (e.g. completed training for paralegal or lawyers with relevant experience)
• Multiannual experience in the field of labour law, company law or in a comparable function
• Experience in cooperation with works councils and/or in support of negotiations and operating agreements
• Foundation knowledge of the right of establishment
• Experience in the creation and testing of operating agreements
• Very good communication skills, especially in dealing with different stakeholders (management, HR, works councils, external lawyers)
• High level of negotiation skills and conflict resolution competence
• Knowledge of occupational safety benefits
• Structured and solution-oriented mode of operation and pronounced analytical skills.
• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
