You are responsible for the end-to-end management of our sales activities on international markets such as Amazon, iHerb, Bol.com, Allegro and others. You develop and implement the marketplace strategy from marketplace selection to sales and margin enhancement. You run, develop and coordinate the Marketplace Team as well as external service providers in the area of Marketplace Operations and Advertising. You establish all relevant processes and continually optimize them – from the creation and optimization of product listings, accounting processes, invoice creation via payments, logistics processing to inventory management. You take responsibility for Amazon Advertising and other marketplace advertising formats and optimierst performance campaigns data transmissions. You work very closely with internal departments (e.g. financial accounting, business intelligence, logistics & operations, product management and legal department) and external stakeholders, responsible for all processes with marketplace reference and causing (where necessary) interfaces to work smoothly. Where possible you rely on automation. You define KPIs to measure the success of concrete measures and represent them in dashboards and reporting.

You have at least three years of experience in marketplace management (e.g. Amazon, Bol, Kaufland, Allegro) – ideally in an international context. Alternatively, you have several years of professional experience in at least one of the following areas: business development, consulting, private equity, finance, process management, restructuring, business intelligence or a full-service e-commerce agency. You bring leadership experience or leadership skills – and you can experience both internally and externally. You have profound knowledge of platform tools (e.g. Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, Bol Plaza), PPC tools (e.g. Amazon Ads, Adference, Helium10, Sellersonar), finance tools (e.g. PayJoe, EasyBill, CountX); further tools from the marketplace environment are a plus. You work analytically, structured, carefully and process-oriented – and find pragmatic solutions even with complex requirements. You like to take responsibility, think entrepreneurially and express yourself through self-initiative and enforcement strength. You are strong in communication and understand how to work with stakeholders from different disciplines at eye level.
