Regional Manager (m/w/d) in shared management for the South-West region

We, the Maltese Works, have been involved in youth aid throughout Germany for over 20 years. We create shelters for children and young people and, together with them, shape their current and future habitat. We have a special look at the children and young people who fall out from other supply networks. For them we create the most diverse offers of aid and interlink with existing structures. Networking with other supporters of youth assistance and cooperation with child- and youth-psychiatric clinics plays an essential role. For the management and expansion of the South-West region with the federal states of Rhineland-Palatinate, Hesse, Baden Württemberg and Bavaria, we are looking for the 1.1.2026 or earlier two dedicated and well networked regional lines (m/w/d) whose heart is for youth assistance!

Shared Leadership: A Tandem Leadership You analyse the growth potential of the region and expand it further You guide, advise and support the host leaders of stationary and outpatient assistance in the region Concentration of regional budgets with the help of controlling as well as the conduct of contract negotiations with internal and external service providers (IT, lease agreements, pay agreements, permit procedures, etc.) You are responsible for a multi-professional team and support staff management, personnel development and quality assurance conducting regular personnel talks Representation of the region various cooperations, working groups and networks ensuring our good quality as well as compliance and implementation of quality management as well as all measures for the strategic development of the region

A completed university or university degree programme, preferably from the social field (e.g. social work, social education, education, social management) At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position, as well as deep knowledge in the Social Code focusing on SGB VIII, management and business management.
