The Service Disponent in Field Service ensures that all customer orders are handled efficiently, on time and in high quality. It is the central interface between customers, technicians and internal departments and, through predictive planning and optimal use of resources, contributes significantly to customer satisfaction, smooth processes and the economic success of the company. Planning, coordination and control of our field service technicians Technical Sparring Partner for Service Technicians in the Repair of Customer Devices for the Motor Sector (Diesel, Gas, Hydrogen and Electric Drives) Termination of service, maintenance and repair operations taking into account qualifications, availability and priorities Central interface between customers (phone and on-site), technicians and sales reception, collection and prioritization of service orders Support in escalation and short-term replanning Optimization of tours and deployment plans for efficient use of resources Takeover of readiness Technical advice and sales of services for customers

Completed technical training as KFZ, NFZ, Land- und Baumaschinen-Mechatroniker (m/w/d) and/or a comparable qualification Experience in MRP, ideally in field service or technical customer service Technical advice and sales of services Good organizational skills and strong time management Communication strength, independent work, team skills and customer orientation Loadability and sovereign handling of short-term changes Safe handling of ERP systems Good MS Office knowledge
