Training Center Designer (m/f/d)

Overall concepts for new training centers are developed, including location and capacity analysis as well as layout planning. Customer requirements are analysed, technical specifications are created and the necessary cooperation of the specialist departments is coordinated. (m/w/d), such as architects (m/w/d), construction companies and suppliers (m/w/d) are coordinated. Calls for tenders, tenders and contract negotiations shall be conducted. Take the project management activity according to the TKMS project management system, such as the planning, control and monitoring of time, cost and quality targets. Building design, quality and security controls on site as well as integration of learning, simulation and AV technology, network infrastructure and e‐learning platforms are accompanied. project risks are identified, evaluated and controlled; Acceptance tests, training, operating and maintenance manuals as well as analysis of usage data for optimization measures are created.

There is a complete degree in civil engineering, architecture, facility management, economic engineering or a comparable discipline. Project management knowledge by GPM or PRINCE 2 is present. Multiannual experience in the planning and implementation of complex infrastructure projects, in particular in the educational/training field, is detectable; a training to the naval officer (m/w/d) or comparable is desirable. Safe handling of MS‐Office applications is guaranteed. Proof of knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Secure appearance against external service providers (m/w/d) and internal stakeholders (m/w/d) is shown. Structured and independent operation with high quality standards is given.
