Requirements Engineer (m/f/d)

Teamwork & Priority: Active participation of software solutions as a requirements engineer as part of our new ERP software introduction and daily coordination in the team to define priorities and requirements. International Stakeholder Management (Brussels focus): Close cooperation with customers, departments and colleagues in the country organisations for the analysis of business processes as well as regular request workshops. Analysis & Documentation: Precise recording and specification of technical and technical requirements and processes taking into account quality, traceability and efficient documentation. Interface communication: Consultation of development in the implementation of specifications, coordination of change requirements and active communication between all project participants. Quality assurance & Testing: Functional testing of new features and change requests as well as support for the entire release and acceptance process. Impact analysis: Assessment of the business impact of new requirements on existing processes and classification regarding their criticality.

Successfully completed studies of business management, (economic) informatics or comparable training with a pronounced IT affinity and corresponding professional experience. Embossed analytical thinking capability as well as high learning readiness for quick incorporation into complex processes and ERP structures. Very good knowledge of German and Polish in word and writing. High readiness and flexibility for regular stays at our Polish locations. High team capability as well as safe, clear and direct communication in handling specialist areas, customers and development teams. Enforceable, conflicting and decision-making personality with sovereign appearance towards different stakeholders. Self-confident and assertive appearance as well as the ability to make demands structured and actively promote decisions.
