Projektbearbeiter (m/w/d) is responsible for the economic, timely and regulatory planning and construction of network investment, connection and conversion projects in the area of district heating. You accompany the projects from early planning to commissioning and are the link between customers (m/w/d), internal departments and external service providers. Consulting and project preparation: You are a central contact for our customers (m/w/d), installers (m/w/d) and planning offices for new connections, extensions and changes in the district heating network. You accompany approval procedures taking into account technical and legal requirements. Planning and coordination: You will check and start planning in the performance phases 1 to 5 HOAI, calculate media connections and relocations and agree closely with service providers, the EWP and other project participants. In addition, you are responsible for the smooth cooperation of all participants and for complete documentation and quality assurance over all phases of the project. Procurement and award: In close coordination with the purchase, you prepare tenders, participate in awards and implement contracts to framework contract firms (phases of performance 6 to 7 HOAI). Implementation and design: You control the construction performance in the performance phases 8 to 9 HOAI, keeps dates, costs and quality in mind and monitors the professional implementation according to the applicable standards, requirements of the network companies and safety regulations. In addition, you carry out acceptances and functional examinations and you are responsible for the follow-up management, deficiencies and billing. Quality and regulatory compliance: You ensure compliance with building and safety regulations as well as legal and contractual requirements and thus contribute to the high quality and reliability of our district heating projects.

Education: You have a successfully completed bachelor's degree in one of the fields of energy and environmental technology, utility or process engineering, civil engineering (infrastructure or civil engineering) or comparable. Knowledge: It is advantageous if you already know the rules for utilities (e.g. VDE, HOAI, VOB). Software: The handling of MS Office applications is obvious to you. You are also interested in dealing with GIS, SAP and calculation programs in your daily work. Soft Skills: You have good communication skills and enforcement skills. In addition, you have team orientation, flexibility, motivation and an independent way of working. Additional: A driving license (at least class B/class 3) completes your profile.
