Completed (specialized) university studies in the field of business administration / BWL, real estate management and the like Multiannual professional experience in asset management for retail / shopping center, ideally in an investor-driven environment Very strong analytical and strategic thinking and high numerical affinity Found experience in modeling business plans, cash flows and investment bills Structured, independent and result-oriented working methods Safe occurrence and communication and negotiation security against internal and external stakeholders Very good knowledge in MS Excel as well as common reporting and analysis tools Very good English skills in word and writing
