Ensuring high plant availability through predictive maintenance planning and efficient coordination of repairs Leadership and promotion of the technical team (9 people) through clear assignments, structured work planning and targeted further development of employees Continuous development and optimization of our production machines, packaging systems and maintenance processes for minimizing unplanned standstills Responsibility for the maintenance budget as well as planning and evaluation of investments for the sustainable increase of economic efficiency Selection, commissioning and control of external service providers and negotiation of economic conditions Ensure compliance with our quality and hygiene standards and all relevant food safety, safety and fire protection requirements Active participation in projects, analysis of relevant key figures and development of future-oriented technical solutions for the continuous improvement of our processes
