What counts

Completed vocational training in the field of electrical engineering, e.g. electronics for energy and building technology, electrical appliances and the like. Continuing training for technicians, masters or comparable qualifications of advantage Multiannual professional experience in building technology / facility management Experience in employee management and coordination of external service providers Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (e.g. VDE, DGUV) High level of customer orientation, self-employment and organizational ability Safe handling of MS Office and ideally CAFM systems Class B licence required

Technical support and monitoring of electrical equipment in commercial real estate Planning, coordination and control of maintenance, maintenance and testing measures in accordance with legal regulations (e.g. DGUV V3) Technical management and operational planning of own technicians and subcontractors Ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety and environmental requirements Implementation of object visits and creation of state reports Contact person for customers in technical questions Support for supply creation, budget planning and control
