This is what awaits you: Responsible position in a competent team Co-responsibility for the management of around 15,000 usage and lease contracts throughout Germany Examination of new usage contracts for completeness and accuracy Self-fulfilment of extensions of the usage contracts in the existing contractual portfolio and monitoring of contract terms The area of competence covers all questions and topics relating to the usage and lease agreements within the organisation. Examination of land register issues such as assessment of property, security and rankings Management of own land and properties

That's what you bring: Completed study with economic focus or comparable training in the commercial sector (e.g. bank businessman/wife, real estate businessman/wife) ideally legal expertise, such as well-founded knowledge in contractual and basic accounting law Experiences in the field of renewable energies are preferred. Team skills Structured and organised working methods Good IT understanding
