Commercial management (m/f/d)

As a commercial management, you control the sustainable economic development of our company and are responsible for finance, taxes and controlling with 12 employees. You are responsible for accounting, payment, cost accounting and the production of the annual accounts of the Ingolstadt municipal enterprises and the consolidated financial statements. You develop strategies for economic success and are responsible for the success, investment and financial planning as well as for monitoring and controlling their implementation with reporting to the Executive Board and the bodies. You are responsible for the water supply, drainage, waste management and street cleaning of the city of Ingolstadt. You create decision templates for the Board of Directors and implement decisions in your area of responsibility. You are responsible for ensuring liquidity and interest and debt management. You are responsible for creating tax returns and ensure compliance with tax requirements. You coordinate and accompany economic and tax audits and other external and internal audits. You analyze financial key figures and processes, identify optimization potentials and implement corresponding improvement measures. You actively promote the further development and digitization of the financial processes.

You have completed economic studies or a comparable qualification with a focus on finance, accounting and controlling. You have several years of commercial management experience, ideally in a medium-sized or large municipal company or in the public sector. You have a sound knowledge of the taxation of municipal enterprises. You are familiar with the basics of charge calculation. You have very good MS Office knowledge as well as practical experience in handling SAP ERP. You lead motivating, value-adding and targeted in the sense of a modern corporate culture. You are distinguished by a pronounced service and solution orientation. You think innovatively, act entrepreneurially and bring about willingness to change.
