The position essentially includes the following tasks: Technical and disciplinary management of the department of automation technology Control of projects and predictive planning and prioritization of human resources Close cooperation with internal interfaces to ensure efficient and successful project processes Technical support for sales in the evaluation of customer requirements and specifications Definition and coordination of requirements for external software service providers Professional support of customer and system audits Promoting open communication and feedback culture to promote effective, cross-departmental cooperation

Your qualifications Educational degrees: You have a successfully completed degree in the fields of automation technology, electrical engineering, computer science or a comparable field of expertise. Professional experience: You have several years of professional experience in industrial automation and/or software development in machine and plant engineering. Very good German and good English skills are required.

You work in a structured and binding manner, take responsibility and also set up comprehensible priorities for parallel projects and different requirements. Think beyond the operational day-to-day business and keep in mind both the technical development of your area of responsibility and the requirements of the company and its customers.

As head of automation technology m/w/d, you are responsible for a technological key area of the company. You lead and develop the employees of automation technology, create optimal framework conditions for high-performance cooperation within the department and with the adjacent business areas. With your strong technical understanding, leadership experience and strategic vision, you will ensure the successful implementation of projects and keep the focus on resources, processes and technical relationships. .
