Legal support Transport, Logistics & Purchasing: Practical legal support for all topics relating to transport and logistics processes as well as the shopping and wholesale activities of the Thalia Group. Contract management: creation, testing and negotiation of logistics, transport and procurement contracts (trades, commercial goods and non-commercial goods). Transport law national & international: Legal advice on national and international transport, especially according to HGB, CMR and ADSp. Purchasing & Wholesale: Legal support of purchasing and wholesale processes including evaluation of contractual risks and support in operational issues. Liability & Cases of Damage: Management of Liability and Damage Cases and Legal Assessment of Regression and Replacement Claims. Interface Management: Close cooperation with departments, executives and external law firms to clarify legal issues and implement legal requirements. Documentation & support for decisions: maintenance of relevant documents, documentation of processes and provision of evaluations to support strategic decisions.

Full jury*in (2nd State Exams) with first experience in law firm or company, ideally in the context of commercial or logistics companies In-depth knowledge of transport and logistics law (HGB, CMR, ADSp) as well as several years of professional experience. Safe handling of complex contracts and routine in their examination and negotiation. English knowledge in word and writing. Extensive understanding of economic relationships and their influence on operational and strategic decisions. Self-sufficient, sovereign and responsible working, combined with a sense of decision and a high self-initiative. Very good communicative skills and a safe occurrence in coordination, consulting situations and negotiations.
