Project Manager Electrical Engineering Building and Plant Engineering (m/f/d)

In the field of building and plant engineering, you play a central role in the implementation of demanding construction and investment projects within BayWa AG. You make a significant contribution to the secure, economic and sustainable development of our sites. Planning, coordination and implementation of electrotechnical structures in new and existing construction projects (including strong and weak current, lighting and safety equipment) Control and technical support of external planners, specialist engineers and executive companies over all phases of the project Ensuring the project objectives with regard to quality, costs and appointments in compliance with legal requirements, relevant standards and internal guidelines Technical examination of planning and execution documents, creation of performance directories and participation in tendering, awarding and contract processing Monitoring of commissioning, organisation and execution of acceptances as well as structured transfer of equipment including complete documentation Close coordination and coordination with internal interfaces and external project participants

Complete vocational training as an electric master or state-tested technician (electrotechnic) Multiannual professional experience in the planning and implementation of electrotechnical installations, ideally in industrial, commercial or infrastructure construction Very good knowledge of relevant standards, guidelines and regulations (including DIN, VDE, VOB, HOAI) routine in controlling external service providers and in technical project management Self-employed, structured and responsible working with entrepreneurial thinking Embossed communication and team skills as well as sovereign appearance towards internal and external contacts Safe handling of MS Office applications; Knowledge of project control or CAD systems is advantageous
