As a Collection Manager (m/w/d), you are responsible for the processing, clarification and out-of-court enforcement of open claims and conduct independent negotiations with business partners, tenants and other stakeholders. You are analysing open items, detecting risks early and introducing appropriate measures to secure and implement claims. In close cooperation with the departments of rental and asset management, you develop sustainable solutions for complex issues. As a competent contact person, you support investors and internal stakeholders with sound information about receivables, payment developments and risk assessments. You take over the execution of the extra-judicial dunning and accompany escalation processes to the solution finding.

You have a successfully completed commercial training or an economic study as well as at least five years of professional experience in debt management, credit management or a comparable environment. You have a good understanding of economic relationships and ideally knowledge of the business models and processes of the real estate industry. The safe handling of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, SharePoint, Excel and ERP systems, preferably SAP, is part of your professional toolbox. You work analytically, structured and solution-oriented and are able to independently evaluate and edit complex facts. Your communication strength, negotiation security and team skills enable you to successfully collaborate with internal and external contacts. A high degree of self-initiative, sense of responsibility and enforcement skills complete your profile.
