You take over the planning and control of the task distribution within your team and ensure efficient workflows As a central contact person, you are in regular exchange with our clients and inform them transparently about processing levels and special events You accompany new employees on board and ensure a structured and high-quality incorporation The creation and further development of work instructions and the development of qualifications profiles are also part of your responsibility You keep an overview of all processes and ensure compliance with quality standards and processing deadlines through continuous checks You actively drive the automation of processes and identify ways to make processes more efficient and more digital

Successfully completed commercial vocational training or a successfully completed (specialized) university course or a comparable degree Experience in the energy industry in the SAP IS-U environment is desirable Founded computer skills (MS Office) Independent and structured operation Communication and team skills as well as safe and friendly appearance Flexibility and readiness for personal and professional development Customer acceptance
