The quality, stability and sustainability of the power supply in the regions of Upper Bavaria and Lower Bavaria are key factors. You run a 28-member team “Service 110kV Kabel Süd” including the incorporation of new employees and delegation of tasks. As a human-oriented leadership, you recognize the potential of your employees, promote individual strengths and inspire your team for common goals. Together with your two specialist team leaders, you control the planning for the construction management, inspection, maintenance and repair of the 110-kV cable and free line network and coordinate the call readiness. You coordinate faults efficiently, organize damage recovery and support the professional implementation of investment and maintenance projects with your team. Work and health protection as well as compliance with HSE requirements are the focus for you - so you guarantee a safe work in the team.
