On behalf of our customer in Nuremberg, we are looking for you as a production manager (m/w/d).

This profile brings you as a production manager (m/w/d):

• Professional Qualifications: Complete Bachelor Program or Training as Master/Technist (m/w/d)
• professional experience & leadership qualities: multiannual experience (at least 3 years) in personnel management; Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methods are desirable
• Planning and organisational skills: Excellent skills in the planning and optimization of production processes
• Flexibility and adaptability: ability to react quickly to changes in a dynamic working environment
• Security Consciousness: Basic understanding of occupational safety, safety regulations and entrepreneurial obligations
• Communication strength & language: Very good German (C1) and good English skills (B2) as well as very good communication skills to successfully lead and motivate the team

Your tasks as a production manager (m/w/d):

• Staff management & personnel deployment planning: As a production manager (m/w/d), you take over the leadership and motivation of your team, promote a positive working atmosphere and support the professional development of employees (personal development, qualification and promotion measures). In addition, coordinate personnel deployment planning to ensure effective production processes and optimally adapt the resource allocation in the area of personnel.
• Process control & optimization: You design the production process with your expertise - quality, quantity, timeliness and cost-effectiveness are at the heart of this process. With your ability to efficiently shape workflows and to react flexibly to short-term changes, you contribute significantly to optimizing our production.
• Effective troubleshooting: In case of malfunctions and bottlenecks, redispose workflows as well as work equipment and, if necessary, initiate evasive productions.
• Security management: For safety at work, ensure workstation-related and registration-related safety instructions, so that all employees can receive the necessary information and implement a smooth process.
• Resource management & organization: They take over the provision of production and consumables and coordinate the planning of repairs with maintenance.
