You design and calculate challenging projects in turn-key interior design as well as special services such as raw, roof and facade work, always with a view to technical feasibility, cost-effectiveness and design Together with the client and an interdisciplinary team, you develop the building plan and bring your experience in solving technical, structural and regulatory issues You advise our customers, present your offers convincingly and are direct contact with all calculatory questions You first set up performance directories (focusing on cost groups 300/400), perform precise mass determinations, get forward contractor offers and actively engage our network You will participate in various award procedures and provide the basis for a flat-rate assignment with your full offer.

You have a degree in civil engineering, architecture or comparable technical training You bring several years of experience in the costing of construction projects with a focus on construction structures and interior architecture You have a well-founded knowledge in creating performance directories and mass determinations as well as in handling AVA software, ideally iTWO You work structured, solution-oriented and convince by communication strength, team skills and a good technical understanding
