Team Leader Plant Engineering Area Manufacturing (m/f/d)

You take responsibility for plant availability in the field of plant engineering and ensure a smooth running of maintenance activities. The optimization of existing maintenance concepts with regard to economic aspects also counts among your tasks. You live a valuable leadership culture and develop your employees professionally. You create a high quality of operational training in your area. When transferring systems from projects into line management, you actively participate and are responsible for the legally compliant plant operation and its documentation. In addition, you will develop investment proposals to ensure the availability and cost-effectiveness of the plants in cooperation with the field of engineering. With the help of computer-assisted maintenance systems, you will create cost analyses and use the systems for planning maintenance costs also with regard to the initiation of appropriate countermeasures. You are also responsible for coordinating foreign companies.

You have a completed training as a mechanic, electronic or mechatronic, which is complemented by a master qualification (mechatronics/metal/electrotech). You also have a multi-year leadership experience as a master. Ideally, you have already gained experience in project management as project manager. You have good English language skills (min. level B1). Through your willingness to exchange experiences, you actively promote cooperation with national and international Dr. Oetker locations. Experiences through foreign use are advantageous.
