Performance directories & quantity determination: Own-responsible creation of performance directories as well as precise implementation of quantity determination as the basis for a sound project calculation Contract management: elaboration and management of contract schedules and participation in tenders including technical examination and evaluation of incoming tenders Procurement decisions: preparation and active support of award decisions in close coordination with project management Construction monitoring: independent monitoring of the construction design and coordination of all the works involved at the construction site Quality, dates & costs: Consistently ensuring compliance with all defined quality, time and cost targets across the entire project Project support: holistic support of projects beyond completion – including the organisation of maintenance measures Documentation & Warranty: Complete documentation of construction processes and professional handling of warranty claims

Qualification: completed studies in civil engineering or architecture – alternatively a comparable technical qualification HOAI Expertise: Safe, practice-proven handling of the performance phases 6–9 of HOAI – this is the heart of the position Professional experience: First to multi-year experience in project or construction management – Experience in modernising residential and commercial real estate Procurement competency: knowledge found in the creation of performance registers and the tendering of construction services Coordination strength: experience in the control of complex construction measures with several involved structures Working method: Structured, independent and economically thinking – with high quality standards Personality: Team-capable, strong and confident in coordination with all project participants
