In order to support our ambitious growth activities, we are looking for a working student or working student to support Group M&A activities at the MEDIAN company headquarters in Berlin. We are looking for you as a working student (m/w/d) Financial Analysis.

Support for the analysis and assessment of financial data, budget plans and investment opportunities to support strategic decision-making in the company Support for the creation and analysis of financial models to assess potential target companies Supporting the preparation of decision templates for management and owners (e.g. business cases, deal summaries, management templates, etc.) Support for the implementation of market and competition analyses for the identification and assessment of companies Support in the optimization of administrative processes by integrating yourself independently and conscientiously into various tasks and thus making an important contribution to the smooth functioning of our team Support and participation in the development and implementation of M&A strategies

Are you curious, motivated and show interest in M&A and financial issues? Are you willing to work on topics, bring a quick understanding and are concerned to acquire skills to successfully implement them in the upcoming tasks?

Successful degree (Bachelor) with economic, mathematical or comparable orientation Experiences in financial modeling and corporate assessment through internships or practical activities as well as a high analytical understanding and affinity for figures Very good MS Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams etc.) Teamability and the ability to work in a dynamic and international environment detailed work Interest in healthcare High self-initiative and independent working 20 hours / week (location Berlin, present)
