Carglass® in Germany is a specialist in the repair and rebuilding of vehicle glass. In Germany, Carglass® employs around 2,100 employees, including over 1,600 specially trained Carglass® technicians. About 250 employees work at the head office in Cologne, around 170 employees are employed at the Customer Contact Center (Call Center). The company operates around 1.2 million. Customer contacts per year and helps drivers throughout Germany, either in one of the 370 service centers or on the move with more than 240 mobile units. In order to support the People area, we are looking for Werkstudent (m/w/d) - Human Resources Development (focus on diversity, equity & inclusion and training management)

You support our team of staff development in their daily work (A key topic is support for diversity, equity & inclusion) You are working on the implementation of our DE&I strategy and helping to further implement it in the company In addition, you will take first smaller projects and bring your creative ideas there Another topic is support for training management (which supports the organisation and administration of events and other training formats)

You are currently in your studies with an economic, communication or social science discipline, such as business, pedagogy or psychology. Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience. You are drawing yourself through an independent and conscientious way of working. A secure handling of popular MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) completes your profile
