Site Quality Manager – Adhesives (m/f/d)

In this key position, you run the location-based quality management system, ensure compliance with all relevant standards (including IATF 16949, ISO 9001) and represent the location to customers, auditors and internal stakeholders. As a member of the Site Management Team, you actively shape the quality strategy and culture at the site. Your tasks: Overall responsibility for the quality management system as well as for certifications and audits Leadership and further development of quality organisation at the site Central escalation and response for critical quality events and customer requests Ensuring the “Voice of the Customer” and close cooperation with Operations, R&E, Sales and Global Quality Control of deviations, CAPAs and continuous improvement initiatives Use of quality indicators and data on sustainable performance

completed studies in a scientific and technical field (e.g. in chemistry, material science, engineering) or a related technical field; alternative: a comparable training and relevant professional experience in quality management Multiannual practical experience within a quality range, ideally in a leading function and preferably in the chemical industry as well as in the operating environment of the automotive and plastics industry Experience as Quality Systems Auditor or corresponding auditor qualifications (required) Understanding ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and other quality standards (required) Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean or comparable methods of process improvement Experience with LIMS systems as well as knowledge of laboratory processes/measuring systems Experience in guiding a team or a complete functional area Self-employed, analytical and targeted High service and customer orientation at the same time with high team capacity as well as the readiness to team-wide cooperation Very good communication capability High flexibility, commitment and organisational ability Knowledge of standard software (MS Office, SAP) Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
