Analysis of existing operations in community catering and catering to identify potential for improvement Development and implementation of best practices to increase efficiency and reduce costs Implementation of Lean Management and Six Sigma Initiatives to Optimize Key Processes Head of cross-departmental projects to improve operational excellence Development and analysis of performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of operations Preparation of regular reports and presentations for management to support strategic decisions Use of data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for process and productivity improvement Training and coaching of employees in process optimization and quality management Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team

Complete studies in the field of business management, engineering, food technology or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the field of Operational Excellence, Process Optimization or Quality Management, ideally in joint use Funded knowledge of Lean Management, Six Sigma and other methods of process optimization Secure handling of MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with data analysis tools; Knowledge of ERP systems is advantageous Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented approach Impressed team and communication skills as well as the ability to initiate and accompany changes High problem solving capability and innovative spirit Proactive and motivated working with a strong focus on results Ability to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment readiness to travel
