Object Supervisor LPH 8 – Building Construction * (m/f/d)

Individually responsible object monitoring of demanding civil engineering projects in the public sector Monitoring the execution on site for compliance with construction permit, execution planning, LV, construction contracts of the exporting companies and VOB/DIN standards Professional appointment, cost and contract management, including regular construction site visits and quality controls Central interface coordination of all project participants (contractors, specialist planners, executive companies) as well as preparation, implementation and documentation of construction meetings and Jour-Fixe appointments Participation in the creation and testing of performance directories and coordination of tender content with specialist planners, project management and the client Examination of planning documents for completeness, plausibility and interface consistency to ensure smooth tendering Technical examination and evaluation of received offers

Complete study of architecture, civil engineering or comparable technical skills Professional experience in building project monitoring – ideally by contractors Knowledge of HOAI, VOB and relevant technical standards and guidelines Good knowledge in MS Office, experience with AVA, project management or documentation software desirable Structured and careful working with a strong sense of responsibility Safe occurrence, enforcing, communication strength and solution-oriented work at the construction site and with various project participants Ability to constructive cooperation in the team and to manage external partners
