On behalf of our client, HAPEKO is looking for a head of technical operation – heat pump (m/w/d).

Do you combine technical competence with leadership and a strong quality? Then design as Head Techn. actively cooperate with the operational excellence in the installation environment and set standards that work noticeably in everyday life

Operational control of the technical operation with responsibility for the smooth implementation of installation and service services in the daily business Leadership, management and further development of entrepreneurs and craft partners including selection, qualification and performance assessment Ensuring the timely execution of projects through capacity planning, prioritization and close coordination with sales, project management and customer service Building, tracking and reporting of relevant KPIs on quality, productivity and customer satisfaction as well as deriving concrete measures Processing of complex complaint and escalation cases including Cause Analysis, Moderation with Customers and Sustainable Process Improvement

Studies or technical training, ideally further education as master in the field of SHK, utility technology, building technology or comparable Multiannual experience in the operational control of technical service, construction sites or installation organisations with responsibility for results Management experience in the technical environment and routine in cooperation with entrepreneurs and craft businesses Technical understanding in the field of heating or energy technology, preferably heat pumps, coupled with high quality and safety awareness Organisational strength, structured and process-oriented working methods as well as independent, entrepreneurial thinking and acting Communication strength and sovereignty in conflict and complaint talks and readiness to travel within Germany
