Process Owner (f/d/m) MSB Billing

As a process manager MSB accounting (w/d/m), you take on the technical responsibility for the further development and quality of the accounting processes in the measuring station operation. Process design & further development: You analyze internal and external requirements, evaluate action requirements and continuously develop the processes of MSB accounting. You document processes and processing specifications transparently and comprehensible Optimization & Digitization: You independently identify optimization and automation potentials and advance innovative solutions in the environment of robotics, process mining or other digital technologies Quality & control: You ensure high process and processing quality, develop quality assurance measures and define standards for efficient and reliable processing. In addition, you support the development of key figures and the control of relevant processes Requirement management & IT interface: You form technical requirements for IT systems, accompany the implementation together with our IT partners and assists in testing, error analysis and the successful introduction of adjustments and releases Monitoring & error management: You are analysing causes of errors, coordinating their elimination and ensuring transparent tracking. You always keep an eye on the overall process and set the right priorities Cooperation & Projects: You work closely with internal and external interfaces, support cross-departmental projects and support format and release changes in the market communication and accounting environment

Qualification: You have completed a vocational training course with training as a specialist or specialist trader (w/d/m) or have a comparable qualification in the field of energy management with Professional experience: You already have experience in core energy processes Processes: You have a strong understanding of operational processes and can quickly work into new processes and structures Market communication: You bring good knowledge of MSB accounting and relevant laws and regulations with System knowledge: You work safely with MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and ideally already have first knowledge in S/4HANA IT confession: You bring basic knowledge in the IT field that will help you to work with our IT teams Analyzing ability: You can quickly identify complex relationships, guide suitable solutions and communicate them in a comprehensible manner Team spirit: You like to work in the team and complement our team with a structured, independent and reliable way of working Ready to change: You are open to new working methods and system changes and actively shape changes with a clear solution orientation Decision strength: You also meet clear decisions in error situations and keeps a cool head even in challenging situations Security review: Your application will help you confirm your willingness to participate in the security review required for the activity
