Technical trainer with a focus on rental, rental equipment and service (m/f/d)

Training of our commercial and technical employees in the Rent business unit on the topics: functioning of our rental equipment, their areas of application, technical features, damage detection and processing as well as maintenance, care and handling of loading, machine output and withdrawal Training of technical staff in the Rent division in the main areas of electrical, electronics and hydraulics Implementation of training EDV-supported processes in the field of rent and service Updating existing and creating new training documents Recognizing Optimization Opportunities for Workflows and Bringing Injections to the Company

Master or technician training, as an alternative to relevant training and multiannual experience in the enrolled area Professional experience in the field of construction machinery and equipment, preferably experience with the processes in construction machinery rental companies Special knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems as well as circuit diagrams and measurement and control procedures; and Knowledge of all common safety regulations Experience in handling modern diagnostic methods and the latest exhaust gas standards in diesel technology Willingness to continue training and nationwide travel Fun and enthusiasm to share your knowledge with other colleagues
