What are you gonna do? As a service consultant, you take an important interface function in the company and are the first contact person for our customers in general questions. You coordinate various customer requests across the team within our operations organization in Nuremberg, the commercial organization in Düsseldorf and also with our international contacts.

Tasks

Control of contractually agreed deliveries (reportings, databases, presentations) Quality control of deliveries – and, if necessary, coordination of corrections First Level of Contact for customers on questions about the data and use of our products Internal contact person for the sales organization / Presales Support Support for internal processes optimization projects and, where appropriate, Control of own projects Preparation of analysis results or methodological questions

Requirements Complete university or technical college studies, ideally from the fields of market research, social economics, BWL, economic engineer or business informatics First professional experience in the FMCG area Joy in dealing with numbers and analysis and processing of quantitative data Certain working methods and analytical thinking Very good understanding of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), knowledge of BI/Dashboard tools of advantage Very good knowledge of German and English Open, communicative personality
