Quality Engineer (m/f/d)

As a project-related contact person (m/w/d), you coordinate all quality topics as well as the relevant internal and external interfaces. In doing so, identify, define and check quality requirements in offers and contracts and determine the required application-specific expenses and quantity frameworks. Responsible for the creation, testing and approval of planning documents and project-related quality documentation, such as quality management plans. The planning, implementation, coordination and monitoring of project-specific quality activities, Stage Gates and Q-Gates ensure compliance with quality requirements. In the project-related error management, you work with and arrange suitable preventive and corrective measures. In addition, you will report on quality-relevant circumstances and help to further develop the management system.

A completed technical study, for example in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable field of expertise, will take you along. Multiannual professional experience in quality and project management, ideally for vehicle construction, special vehicle construction, the defence industry or a comparable industry. Finding knowledge of quality management as well as a corresponding further training characterize your profile; Experiences in military technology are advantageous. Your strong communication skills as well as your experience in coordination and moderation enable you to work well with various contact persons. You will also have experience in managing external service providers and agencies as well as a good understanding of digital transformation, AI and platform topics. Proactive and solution-oriented action as well as the readiness to national and international missions round off your profile. Very good German knowledge of C2 level and at least good English knowledge of B1 level in word and writing and the willingness to national and international business trips complete your profile.
