Continuing and further developing a non-teaching educational program in the field of Church / Catholic theology for gifted and interested students Contact with and including various internal departments and the acquisition of external partners with the aim of a broad range of support measures Development and ensuring the announcement of the programme to the target group and an orderly application procedure Preparation and implementation of individual events (e.g. study days, writing competition) Planning with allocated financial resources, management tasks and clarification of legal issues Ensuring an accompanying evaluation and regular reporting Documentation of the various processes, labelling of corresponding processes, analysis and presentation of time requirements and costs

completed academic studies, as far as possible of Catholic theology, preferably with 1st and 2nd State Examen as relevant as possible professional experience in school services and, where appropriate, Experience in the field of talented promotion Experience in conceptual, project-related work Knowledge and skills in moderation and presentation sovereign handling of common IT application programs realisation-oriented thinking, willingness to cooperate and ability to decide readiness to partially mobile work Identification with the aims and values of the Catholic Church
