First Responsibility: You support the production line and ensure a smooth run in the daily business. You can create a suitable operating climate in the sense of our Elis values. Analyzing and improving processes: you optimize production processes, evaluate key figures and develop practical solutions. Keep an eye on this: You make sure that personnel and production flows run efficiently and without friction. Growing and learning: Through training, workshops and coaching, you will be optimally prepared for your future role as a manager. Teamwork: You work closely with customer service, technology and fleet to provide strong results.

You have completed your studies (e.g. logistics, business management / BWL, economic engineering). You want to take responsibility and develop towards leadership. First experience in production or logistics (e.g. as a working student / intern (m/w/d))) is desirable. You are motivated, ready to learn and want to develop. You are flexible and ideally ready to move in order to take over guidance tasks throughout the country.
