Senior Lawyer Corporate Law (f/m/d)

For our Legal Business Unit, we are looking for you as a senior lawyer company law (w/m/d).

Advice - As a senior lawyer, you advise our clients continuously and project-based in the areas: M&A and Venture Capital, Corporate Law and Corporate Governance (including capital market cover), Global restructuring. Responsibility - You will be active in consulting global restructuring, such as carve-outs, and in general M&A consulting. In addition, your field of activity includes consulting on venture capital and dealing with corporate disputes (Complex Corporate Litigation). Clients - You interact with our clients. These include PE and VC investors, medium to large national and international companies as well as family offices. Team – A young and dynamic team awaits you in which we are looking for you as a key component.

You have demonstrated your legal qualification by two above-average examina. As an experienced lawyer: you already have at least three years of experience in these jurisdictions, ideally in international law firms. Very good knowledge of German and English complete your profile. You have an excellent analytical mindset and excellent communication skills that enable you to accurately and understand complex facts. You enjoy working in a multidisciplinary team with lawyers, tax advisors and auditors.
