The SOS Children's Village Vorpommern offers differentiated work and housing opportunities for adults with mental impairment in the area of integration aid. Within the framework of child and youth assistance, we operate a day nursery with an external nature and forest kindergarten group. Furthermore, our family centres in Grimmen and Barth offer various low-swelling offers of family education, early help, youth social work and migration advice. Become part of our dedicated team and take over the project management of the project 'Chancen in MV' in the SOS Children's Village Vorpommern. Together, we work to improve access to integration offers, promote exchange between migrants and the host society and create long-term solutions for successful integration.

Your tasks include: Project management and coordination of the ''Chancen in MV' project, funded under the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF) Accompanying and long-term integration of immigrants by improving access to initial integration measures such as migration advice and integration courses Support of lots projects for large groups requesting advice for third-country nationals in rural areas Promoting dialogue between migrant organisations, the host company and authorities Knowledge transfer and development of the knowledge base on migration and integration, e.g. through projects to prevent prejudice Development of mobility solutions for third-country nationals to facilitate access to integration offers Implementation of measures to protect children and persons

completed studies of social education or pedagogy or a comparable qualification Experience in advising and supporting migrants desirable Joy in planning and organizing target group-oriented offers independent and structured operation Empathic and careful action in conflict situations and solution-oriented thinking profound democratic understanding and intercultural competence Foreign language skills (e.g. English, Ukrainian) are advantageous to facilitate intercultural communication Your handling of proximity and distance to the representatives is professional Class B driving licence to ensure mobility in rural areas
