Support for technical questions about our 3D printing systems in use with customers Contact for our customers on software-related topics in our digital deposit configurator and support in handling the application Implementation of remote maintenance and software support (e.g. via remote access) Planning and monitoring of installations and support in the rental process of our 3D printing systems Support in the management of spare parts Structured documentation of support cases Close cooperation with product management and development to continuously improve our solutions

completed training in the technical, IT or craft environment or comparable qualification; as an alternative pronounced technical affinity and readiness for cross entry Good technical understanding and interest in digital applications Safe handling of MS Office; Experience with remote tools (e.g. TeamViewer) of advantage Quick understanding of new software solutions and systems Ideally first touch points with CAD/construction software or 3D printing technologies First experience in technical support or customer service Communication strength and joy in direct exchange with customers Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation Good English knowledge of word and writing
