Developing communication solutions: You are planning to develop modern language, video and communication platforms and create a powerful infrastructure for digital cooperation in the enterprise. Establish Microsoft 365: As part of your tasks, you will design and implement innovative solutions based on Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform and support the development of modern collaboration and communication services. Promoting acceptance: Through targeted measures in user adoption and change management, you accompany the introduction of new ways of working and strengthen the acceptance of digital tools in everyday work. Create governance: Your tasks include the development of guidelines, standards and documentation for the safe and regular use of Microsoft-365, language and communication solutions, taking into account security and compliance requirements. Coordination: As a central point of intersection between departments, IT and external service providers, you translate requirements into implementable solutions and accompany their successful implementation. Ensure service quality: ensure a stable operation of the communication platforms, coordinate the management of requirements and incidents, and promote sustainable improvements in the services.
