Senior Asset Manager (m/f/d)

Control, optimization and value increase of the real estate portfolio taking into account profitability, sustainability and corporate objectives. Analysis and monitoring of relevant financial indicators and participation in the creation of financial models, investment analyses and CapEx/OpEx plans. Identification of development and optimization potentials and coordination of investment, maintenance and modernisation measures. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements as well as participation in risk mitigation and hedged assets. Support for rental contracts and support in sales and sales processes and negotiations with owners, tenants, investors, service providers and brokers. Creating and preparing portfolio and performance reports for management, investors and internal departments as the basis for sound decision-making processes.

Completed studies in the field of real estate, business or comparable qualifications. Professional experience in asset management, ideally in healthcare real estate. Good understanding of analytical, conceptual and organizational relationships. Impressed communication skills and safe occurrence in negotiations. Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation. Current knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Safe handling of common MS Office applications, especially Excel.
