In the Employer Branding team, we are shaping today and the future of our employer brand: We develop ideas and strategies that address talents and make our everyday work visible. We ensure a strong internal and external communication that authentically transports our culture. As a young team with lots of free space for new approaches, we rely on fresh ideas.

You will explore trends, develop your own creative concepts and implement them independently from design to implementation – for channels such as social media (LinkedIn & Instagram), intranet and career side. Together with colleagues from different areas, you identify topics and introduce them to our internal and external communication. In editorial meetings you stand for fresh ideas and actively shape the planning of our content. In the organisation and implementation of projects and campaigns that strategically strengthen our employer brand, you take on supporting tasks. You help colleagues to make their individual stories visible on social media – from idea finding to creating suitable formats.

You are currently in the Bachelor's or Master's degree programme of an economics-related subject of communication or media sciences or a comparable degree course – ideally focusing on marketing and digital media. Social Media is your thing: you know current trends and have fun preparing them appealingly. First practical experience in content production already brings you – in particular, you have planned, created and prepared social media content independently. Your own and structured work lies with you and you enjoy trying out new ideas and advancing your tasks independently. With your feeling for exciting stories, you meet in the black – be it in exchange with others or when creating visual content. It gives you the pleasure to actively approach colleagues, to expand your internal network and to inspire others for our employer brand.
