Operating Purchasing Electronics Procurement of electronic components, circuit boards and assemblies for development, series production and customer orders Inquiries, offer comparison, ordering and appointment tracking in our ERP system EasyWinArt Monitoring of delivery dates and processing of reminders, complaints and credits Maintenance of product master data, prices, supplier assignments and recovery times Voting order quantities with production planning and stock Strategic Purchasing and Supplier Management Selection, evaluation and development of suppliers including initial sampling and quality agreements Negotiation of prices, framework contracts and terms of payment and delivery Construction of secondary sources for critical components Monitoring of component markets, price development and delivery times Participation in Make-or-Buy Decisions Supply security and obsolescence management Early detection of announcements (PCN, EOL) and introduction of Last-Time-Buys Construction and maintenance of safety stocks for durable devices Cooperation with the development of long-term available components and redesigns Observation of RoHS, REACH and export control requirements as well as proof of component origin for counterfeit prevention Procurement of other areas Mechanical parts, housings, detectors and accessories Services, resources, tools, IT and general needs Support for investment purchases Interfaces and control Close cooperation with development, production, quality assurance, sales and accounting Key figures on purchasing volumes, delivery reliability and material costs as well as reporting to the management Participation in quality management according to ISO 9001, in particular for supplier evaluation and goods receipt specifications

Technical background Completed commercial or technical training (e.g. industrial businessman, electronics company with commercial training) or a study of the business economy, electrical engineering or economic engineering Professional experience in purchasing a manufacturing company, ideally in electronics manufacturing or in machine and plant engineering Confidence with electronic components and their data sheets: designs, tolerances, temperature ranges, alternative types Expertise and Methodology Safe handling of ERP systems; Knowledge of EasyWinArt is a plus and no condition Experience with BOM, distributor portals and component databases Security of negotiation and experience with framework agreements Basic knowledge of customs, export and import processing is advantageous Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel Personal profile Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing, as part of the supplier's contacts runs in English Structured, careful and independent operation Enforcement and pleasure in negotiating Teamability and willingness to work on technology in need of explanation
