Technical advice and support of customers in Germany and abroad Processing and coordination of customer requests and projects Building new customer relationships Systematic follow-up of requests and offers Creation of offers and further order processing in the ERP system 3D-models (Autodesk Inventor) Creation of production drawings for customer orders After-sales support and complaint processing

Successfully completed technical training (e.g. as a mechanical engineer) or a comparable qualification Experience in technical distribution or in a comparable interface function between technology and customers Ability to accurately capture technical customer needs and develop tailor-made solutions Good knowledge of the 3D design Safe handling of current MS Office applications and ideally (first) experience with ERP systems Communication strength and safe occurrence in customer contact Independent, structured and reliable operation Organizational and the ability to control several projects in parallel German language skills and good English skills
