Single Point of contact for machine requests by the international sales team Sales team support for technical questions and providing information on sales support (such as photos, videos, presentations, drawings, etc) Willingness to support the sales team at local customers (with challenging tasks). Capturing customer requirements (from the sales team), commenting the customer URL and implementing a technical solution, if necessary in cooperation with the specialist departments. Editing machine offers and organizing internal meetings to successfully implement all technical information. Creating the order confirmation after order by the customer. Organisation and implementation of project transfer to project management and department

Basic technical training with an additional qualification as a state-tested technician or Bachelor with technical degree Practical knowledge in the handling of the machines from an earlier activity as a service technician or project manager is desired Knowledge of mechanical engineering and operational processes, professional experience of at least 3 years German: perfect knowledge of word and writing English: very good knowledge of word and writing Other languages advantageous
