As Team Leader Payroll (m/w/d), you take the professional and disciplinary responsibility for our Payroll team. Together with your team, you will ensure a correct, punctual and service-oriented billing. In doing so, you create the framework conditions for successful cooperation, develop processes and support your team in demanding specialist topics. The following tasks come to you: leadership and further development of the Payroll team: You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of our Payroll team, promote the individual development of your employees and create a motivating working environment in which cooperation and self-responsibility are lived. Management of the daily business: You are responsible for an efficient organization and prioritization of tasks in the team, ensure a high level of service quality and supports complex technical issues and challenging issues. Process and system development: You actively shape the further development of our payroll-close processes and systems and together with the team ensure efficient, secure and future-oriented processes. You work routiniert with LOGA and ATOSS and ensure high data quality in the master and movement data. HR Controlling and Reporting: You control relevant HR key figures, develop existing reporting, prepare evaluations to address and guide action recommendations for data-based decisions. Consulting and interface management: You are the central contact person for executives, colleagues, adjacent HR areas as well as financial accounting and ensure successful cooperation with internal and external interfaces such as health insurance companies, authorities and auditors. Operational support in the payroll area: You bring your payroll expertise into complex issues and accompany selected billing cases. In addition, you support the implementation of legal changes and ensure high professional quality together with the team.

With your solution-oriented and binding way, you can successfully advance both operational challenges and strategic issues. In addition, you will bring: A successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as a tax specialist (m/w/d), industrial businesswoman (m/w/d) – ideally complemented by a further training as a payroll holder (m/w/d) Multiannual professional experience in pay billing/ wage accounting and payroll First experience in the professional or disciplinary leadership of a team as well as a central contact person for complex questions Knowledge of wage tax, social security and labour law Safe handling of HR metrics, evaluations and reporting Ideal experience in handling P&I LOGA and ATOSS or SAP
