Our company continues to expand the technical service in the field of cleaning robotics, cleaning machines and metering technology and is looking for an experienced management personality for the management of our electrical and machine workshop. The position is responsible for the technical, organizational and economic management of the entire workshop organization and ensures the technically perfect operation and the continuous operational capability of all systems.

Management and further development of the E-Werkstatt with personnel responsibility for coordinators and service technicians Ensuring smooth technical operation, high system availability and quality-secured processes Operation planning, utilisation control and development of the workshop team Monitoring compliance with statutory requirements such as DGUV, UVV and relevant standards such as DIN EN ISO 14001 and DIN EN ISO 9001 Control and monitoring of special technical projects and optimization measures Interface management to customers, suppliers and internal departments Planning and control of budget, cost center and economic indicators Documentation, test reports, process images and technical tracking Procurement of equipment, spare parts, accessories and equipment Commercial handling of service orders Control of external service providers for maintenance and repairs Coordination of contractual audits, maintenance and technical services Technical customer support and technical clarification in case of malfunctions Organisation of machine demonstrations, test positions and logistical processes such as delivery or collection

Closed commercial training with deeper knowledge in Cost control and supply creation or a comparable qualification Funded technical understanding in the fields of cleaning technology, robotics and metering technology Multiannual leadership experience in technical areas Safe handling of digital applications, goods management systems and technical documentation Experience in cooperation with external service providers and suppliers Impressed leadership and communication strength as well as organisational skills High customer orientation, reliability and structured operation Ready to continue professional development
