Werkstudent (m/w/d) - M&A/Strategy

Your duties Strong support of the global M&A team in target screening, due diligence and the creation of assessment models Cooperation in the strategic planning process Creation and preparation of Excel models and presentations for executives and decision-making bodies Support and project management in various strategic projects in cooperation with markets and functions Support in the definition of the global brand strategy, brand-related measures and the preparation of the brand presence at trade fairs

Your profile Continuous studies in financial and economic sciences, economic engineering or engineering at a university or college Solid understanding of accounting and financial indicators Ideally, first relevant professional experience through internships in Germany or abroad Joy in working with numbers as well as very good Excel skills, especially in financial modeling Ability to create convincing PowerPoint presentations with clear content, appealing design and high comprehensibility High readiness for learning and performance as well as strong self-initiative in dealing with new topics Structured, independent and reliable operation German language skills and good English skills in word and writing weekly availability of 16 to 20 hours during the semester; during the semester holidays also with 1-2 days of office in Ennepetal
