For more than 45 years, the CJD Uelzen has been a recognized freelance institution for youth assistance and school-leavers in the Uelzen district. We include a support school for emotional and social development, day-to-day school groups, housing groups, mobile support, youth migration services, kitas and horte as well as educational centres in the Lüchow-Dannenberg district.

Your New Task Area

• Visitive care within the framework of ambulant Help for education**
• Support of families in challenging Life situations
• Promoting Everyday structure, Educational competence and social behaviour
• Crise intervention and resource-oriented support**
• Cooperation with Jugendamt, schools and other network partners
• Documentation of pedagogical work
• Development and implementation of assistance plans

Your profile

• Bachelor of Arts Social Work, Social Education, Social Work or a comparable qualification
• Resource-oriented mode of operation
• Respective and respectful dealing with the clients and external partners, also in difficult situations
• Ready for callGeduld
• EDV knowledge
• Promotion to integrate into the concept **PPC (Positive Peer Culture)**
• Remarkable is the membership of a Christian church belonging to the working community of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany
