Continuous appointment, quality, right and regular deployment planning You take care of yourself, even in the event of a short-term failure of personnel, to replace and thus to function the areas to be supervised. The creation of weekly, monthly and holiday plans in coordination with employees and executives under the premise of a continuous and homogeneous schedule assignment is also part of your task You make sure that employee representatives (BR) are involved The systematic consideration of employee wishes taking into account cost-effectiveness and consistent equal treatment you always have in mind You are sure to take part in training measures and the necessary medical examinations for our staff Creation of necessary evaluations and monitoring of the annual working time, holiday and overtime accounts as well as required control You guarantee data protection for your work area according to applicable regulations and regulations

Your profile:
